To ensure an optimal burn, allow your candle to melt evenly across the surface during the first use — approximately 3–4 hours — to prevent tunneling and promote longevity. Before each burn, trim the wooden wick to about 1/8–1/4 inch using a wick trimmer; this is especially important for wooden wicks to maintain a clean, steady flame. If the flame rises above one inch, extinguish, trim, and relight once cooled. Always burn within sight and keep away from children, pets, and anything flammable.

Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used candles, body care products, or grooming items. Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Asali Lume reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after processing.
