At Asali Lume, each product is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

 

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping

International shipping may be offered in the future. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Asali Lume is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need assistance, our support team is happy to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we may assist you promptly.
